Why does the ACLU need your support?
Imagine a country where the government sends people
to prison for years without ever charging them or holding
a trial…where the government eavesdrops on citizens’
private conversations, monitors e-mails and conducts
searches without the required warrants…It’s not your
imagination. It’s happening right here. These are NOT
American values. These acts by our government violate
the fundamental principals upon which our country was
founded.
And the Roger Baldwin Foundation of ACLU is
at the forefront of statewide and national efforts to
stop the abuse of power.
How can you support the ACLU?
