First Amendment
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging
the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for redress of
grievances."
Our First Amendment work defends and protects the right to freedom of speech, association, press, religious beliefs and assembly as guaranteed by the First Amendment. We represents artists, picketers, reporters, religious organizations and demonstrators, and have consistently argued for the expansion of First Amendment rights and protections.
